WHO WE ARE
We are flavor in motion
We are more than a boutique exporter, a farm, or a processing center.
Coffeecol is a living network that unites over 60 coffee-growing families from Magdalena, Tolima, Huila, Risaralda, Antioquia, and Santander.
Producers, processors, fruit growers, and countryside artisans come together to craft exceptional coffees—following handwritten recipes, measuring by buckets and timers, and applying science-backed protocols. Every batch is guided by expert hands and watchful eyes, ensuring consistent, replicable flavors all year long.
At Coffeecol, flavor is a collective art.
We are not just farmers—we are flavor artists.
We are scientists, innovators, and guardians of ancestral terroirs reborn through fermentation.
With every kilo roasted around the world, our network grows stronger—because each bean fuels jobs, hope, and purpose in Colombia.
We are the bridge between the root, the roast, and the roaster.
This is the Flavolution.
A movement where magic realism meets taste—where coffee doesn’t whisper flavors… it roars.
If you’re reading this, it’s not by chance.
Welcome.
Join the Flavolution.
There’s a legend behind this revolution..
THE LEGEND BEHIND
THE ROAR
IT ALL BEGAN WITH AN
THE ROAR
It all began with a sip.
But not just any sip.
One that tasted like passion fruit, ripe pineapple... and watermelon.
The cup was held by a Colombian artist who only drank coffee to stay awake while writing songs. Without sugar, it tasted bitter. Soulless.
Until one day, a friend —let’s call him “Don”— asked her to send the best coffees of Colombia to a faraway land… one surrounded by deserts and sky-high towers. That request started a quest.
She climbed mountains. Traveled roads with no names. Found villages lost to the map.
She was looking for treasure — the red gold of Colombia.
She met Newy, an old coffee sage, who drew a pyramid on the ground and said:
“You’ve spent your life drinking from the base...
You’ve never tasted the top.”
And everything changed.
The flavors arrived.
And with them, a tribe of masters, alchemists, and farmers who began composing coffee like a symphony.
That artist now sings on big stages.
But every morning, she still drinks her cup.
That cup became a movement.
COFFEECOL was born from a spark — but today, it’s not about one person.
It’s a collective.
A living network of flavor warriors who believe coffee is not just a drink...
It’s art.
The Flavolution belongs to all of us.
